Our outlook and empathetic leadership style has evolved over a combined 40 years in hospitality. We have learnt from some of its foremost leaders and worked with many of the greats.
We have stood shoulder to shoulder with some of the most influential industry shapers, from Jeremy King, Chris Corbin and Nick Jones to Graydon Carter, Richard Caring, Skye Gyngell and Juan Santa Cruz.
Seb started out washing dishes and peeling potatoes in a neighbourhood restaurant. Laura created her own successful café and deli in central London.
Both ended up opening and running landmark restaurants in London, New York and Los Angeles.
